CLASSES AT UNDERDOG

BOXING CLASSIC

Our signature boxing class combines technique, fitness and conditioning. You'll learn correct stance, footwork, punches, combinations and defensive skills while improving your overall fitness.                                                                                                                        All levels welcome (no experience required, easily scalable)

STRONGER

Build full body strength, power and endurance with structured sessions designed to support your general fitness, strength and everyday movement.

All levels welcome (no experience required, easily scalable)

HIIT EM UP

High-energy, fast paced sessions designed to get your heart rate up, challenge your body and improve your fitness. Expect a mix of conditioning, bodyweight movements and resistance training.

All levels welcome (no experience required, easily scalable)

ROUNDS

A boxing circuit class blending movement, combos, cardio, and functional strength. A high energy workout using boxing techniques, conditioning and core.

All levels welcome (no experience required, easily scalable)

SKILLS PAY THE BILLS

For those wanting to refine their boxing technique, our skills classes focus on the details, footwork, timing, combinations, defense, pad work and ring awareness. These sessions are great for members who want to deepen their understanding of boxing and continue progressing their technique. 

Advanced (Mouthguards are mandatory for this class)

STRONG AND STEADY

Strong and Steady is a functional strength-resistance based class designed for people over 55 who want to stay active, mobile and confident in their body. This class focuses on building strength, balance, stability and mobility to support everyday movement, long term health and quality of life. 

All levels welcome (No experience required, easily scalable)

All classes can be adapted to suit different fitness levels. Please let your coach know of any injuries, health conditions or movement limitations before class so we can support you safely.
